The interest group is led by a council who will share their experiences and expertise as advisers and mentors for each other and for other leaders in the industry. In addition, the council will work to provide more professional development and educational opportunities to strengthen the skills of and advance women leaders.

If you have aspirations of becoming a speaker and sharing your ideas, strategies, or perspectives with a room full of attendees, we encourage you to submit an application for consideration no later than Friday, June 9.
Networking CallsÂ
Join the 2023 women in leadership scholarship winners (also known as the Innov8ors) for a series of networking calls supporting the ASA Foundation. With support from the women in leadership council, the Innov8ors invite you to attend an upcoming call to network with peers on specific industry topics. The series will feature women who will inspire, support, and challenge you in your career growth in the industry.
Scholarship Program
ASA awards scholarships to rising stars who are committed to a career in staffing and have shown career growth potential. Each recipient will attend both of the following events at no charge: THRIVE: Live on Oct. 21–22 and Staffing World, Oct 22–24; both events take place in Nashville, TN.
Mentor Match
The women in leadership interest group is pleased to announce a new mentoring program for all ASA members—Mentor Match. Mentor Match is an online tool that connects mentors and mentees to share experiences and provide guidance to industry peers for career development.
